Mia was on her way back to her room when she saw the notice.

Vacation or no, it is not in Mia to ignore someone in need if there is any way she can help. Surely Miss Bar and the Landlord will understand. Besides, what's the worst thing they can do, extend her vacation? Not exactly something one complains about.

Mia finds a pencil and writes on the note.

Marian was perusing the board, her head half tilted. She'd set aside the harp and drink for a while, only just noticing the board. She thought it might be notes and applications for occupations or such of the like, so she found herself concerned when she found a note in childs' scrawl.

Picking up the attached pencil, she adds to the note;
