Val quietly puts a hand on the other woman's back. "Wars are always long. This one seems a bit more than long, though. Anything in particular sucking badly?"
"My nephew is killing Corellians." Mara says sitting up. "And he set us up. Because Luke and I were attacked by someone who is supposed to be eaten and his ex-girlfriend who happens to be a Sith!"
A cold glass is set down next to her. It contains a milkshake. "You look like you could use this." Makita thinks that sugary chocolate things will fix most problems.
Thing is, Ben likes milkshakes. But you know what? Mara's not going to show that. "Thanks." She says, a tad gruff, as she picks her head up and pulls the milkshake towards herself.
Makita's learned to pick up on stuff like that, "Sorry. Something else instead?" She's not sure what's wrong, but the weariness in Mara's voice seems oddly familiar.
Yeah, there's probably better choices of people for Corran to bother. But she looks like a friend would not be unwelcome right now. And he is a friend...he thinks. Right?
He sighs and drops onto a barstool next to her with a mug of lum. "Is there ever going to be a period of time where there isn't a major and devastating war going on, or am I suffering from Corellian Daydreamer Syndrome again?"

Valentine Wiggin-Skywalker is also at the bar, next to Mara. "Long day?"

When...she only had to worry about pushing her son away for killing his bug friends? Wow. She doesn't have the best times with her kid, obviously.

"A long war, Corran." Mara corrects from her armnest.
