He gets them a table and drinks, and looks around for someone to talk to.

Do the Paces remember the teenager at the next table? Or, well, the two older Paces. Presumably the verytiny Pace doesn't.

Nita's got her feet up on the opposite chair, frowning slightly at a notebook on the table in front of her, fidgeting with a pen.

The oldest Pace does, certainly. The middle one possibly does.

Liam grins over at her.

"Nita, yeah?"

She looks up. "Yeah? . . . Oh crap, I do know your name, I swear." A sheepish grin. "Liam! Right?"
