Alanna also remains in her own clothes, although her hair was briefly purple and she is generally enjoying the number of ridiculous costumes parading through the room. The amused -- or possibly bemused -- expression changes, however, when she spies Lucy and makes her way over.

"Evening, Lucy," she says quietly and takes a seat nearby, offering a tentative smile.

She's on the lookout for anything odd, and tilts her head as she studies Lucy, noting both the possible headache and-

Alanna sucks in a breath.

Adam had said, but it's different to see.

"Is everything all right?" she asks, and it's one of those stupid questions you utter when you can't think of anything else to say.

Edmund had forgotten the date, rather, when he stepped into the bar.

Finding himself in a cardboard crown and a showy (and rather scratchy) tunic and loose hosen abruptly reminds him.

"Oh, by the Lion," he mutters. But valiantly, does not retreat back to the House of Arch.

Lucy's over in the corner, you see, head buried in her hands.

Lucy is glad she glared at the rat, or will be when she sees her brother.

As it is, she is focusing on willing herself to melt into the floor so she never has to talk to him ever again.
