Phil isn't normally a happy hour drinker, but how can a proper Nova Scotian girl resist?

"Canadian Cherry?" she asks with a grin. "What on earth is that?"

"Evening, miss."

He smiles.

"To answer your question - a Canadian Cherry contains; Canadian whisky, Cherry brandy, Orange juice
and Lemon juice..."

"Good evening," she says, smiling, "and that sounds good enough to drink. Though if you wouldn't mind toning down the whisky a little bit I'd appreciate it awfully."

"So, strikes your fancy, does it?" he grins. "I can help you with that."

He begins to prep her drink.

"Are you new to the bar?"
