Earlier, Chase had opened his apartment door to Milliways and thought: 'Perfect timing.'

A wolf pads over.

He looks about as drained and mopey, though probably a little more annoyed, as Chase does... though, of course, as a wolf.

He brushes by Chase's leg on the way to hide underneath the table... but he'd brushed against someone's leg.

Occupied!

The wolf looks up at the doctor.

Chase freezes. There was a wolf. Under his table.

Mopey or not, everything is forgotten when there's a wolf under one's table.

He pushes his seat back a bit--him with it--hoping the wolf won't find him a threat, then carry on his own business, or...something.

The wolf looks up with a tilted head.

...oh not again.

He walks out from under the table and gives the doctor a very tired look.

Wolves don't eat people. They taste bad and it's rude.

"Okay," Chase says. He has to get used to the idea that animals here can talk, whether it be through physical voice or...well, whatever this wolf can do.

"Well...that's reassuring, then." Chase relaxes a little.
