She's come back!

Therefore she is formally greeted, her ankles being thoroughly purred upon.

Surprised, Anne glances down at the silkiness winding about her ankles, and breaks into laughter.

"Hello to you, too," she murmurs, bending down to look eye to eye with the white cat, and her smile glows.

"Hello!" says Anne pleasantly, turning to him with shining eyes. "And yes, so it seems. I'm so glad--I was afraid I wouldn't be able to come back again before I left Green Gables."

She takes a few steps towards him, skirts brushing the floor in a whisper.

"I suppose you've come back a long absence, too, have you?"

[OOC: hee--I was so just about to send her over to him!]

He blinks, a little, at the mention of Green Gables, but doesn't comment.

"It's been a few months, yes. I wasn't sure I'd be able to get back here after I left home."

"It happened that way for me, too," she tells him, moving to the observation window and looking out at the beauty of the destruction out beyond in the black. "It's been--oh, months since I've been here, and I've missed it so."

Coming back to herself, she turns with a small smile, and offers a hand.

"I'm so sorry--I don't think we've met. I'm Anne Shirley."
