"Hello."

There is a Shufti, carrying Jack. He's four and a half months old now, and has shed his earlier hair in favour of the fluffy blonde colour that is now starting to show.

She smiles up at her.

"Suilad, Shufti. It's been a while. And is that Jack? My, he has grown since I last saw him!" Nerdanel gushes, motioning to the chair beside her own.

"Yes, it is. He's this many weeks." she says, pulling a piece of paper out of her pocket with eighteen little lines on.

She looks tired. "And is that Gabriel? He looks almost two."

Gabriel grins at Shufti.

"I big boy!" he announces to her as he shoves another piece of peach into his mouth.

Nerdanel chuckles. "He is now almost five months." She looks at the paper. "Jack is pretty much the same age as Feaho, isn't he?" She remembers that they had delivered shortly after each other in April.
