Lawrence lounges up next to him with little intent on doing much else than lean against Nick.

And of course, glance to see what book he's reading while he presses a kiss off-centre on his lips.

Nick smiles up at Lawrence and nods to the seat next to him before gesturing across the table. Wherever Lawrence would like, he would enjoy his company.

"Come to visit us two, Lawrence? We're being a bit lazy."

He smiles down at the puppy, who hasn't moved.

"Some of us more than others, I suppose, but nothing wrong with that."

"No, certainly not."

He settles into the chair next to Nick and smiles faintly. "As long as he moves now and again."

Lawrence is also in a good mood. Brushing a pretty girl's hair is surprisingly soothing.

He leans over and delivers a kiss to Lawrence's cheek, just at the edge of his lips.

"Well, he had a very productive day today. I was painting... and of course he had to be a part."

He chuckles faintly before giving Dante an special scritchy rub. "I almost knocked the whole thing to the ground with this one underfoot."
