Adam emerges from the staff quarters, not in a frock for once - it's way too hot to dress up - instead shirtless and bandana'd. He bounces over to the Bar and gets ready to start his shift

"Just tea, thanks."

The dinobabies get a curious look, and a polite "Hullo there."

Adam grins to himself and starts making the tea.

"Hot enough for you today?"

"What, the weather? It's nice enough, for Scotland."

"Almost feels like home", he says with a grin, keeping one eye on the little dinos as they flit about and chat to people.

"Uhm, can I have a Whyren's Reserve..." Inyri starts, then drifts off, eyeing the dinobabies. She hefts the puppy in her arms up and blinks.

[duck_bill]

"Hello!" says one of said dinobabies.

And blinks back.

"Of course you may. But what is one of those?"

She smiles at the dinobaby. "Uhm, Whyren's? It's alcohol...something fighter pilots like to sustain themselves with."

"Like this", Adam puts in, setting a glass of it down on the Bar.

Raptor Red wanders up to the bar, Scribble hot on her heels. The raptors are hungry, and neither feels like chasing things outside today. But as she steps up, Red pauses, her nostrils flaring as she turns her attention to the dinobabies. She remembers what happened the last time she went after one. But that doesn't stop her from staring very, very intently.

"...Khhht."

[duck_bill]

"Eeeeeep."

Says a small olive-bowl.

Or Ducky, crouched behind it.

Adam looks at the raptor. Adam looks at the dinobabies.

Adam very quickly steps between her and them.

"You want something to eat?"

Red continues staring for a few moments, then bobs her head in a sharp nod.

Scribble, meanwhile, isn't being nearly so calm. She skitters around her mother's feet, snout in the air as she sniffs and yaps. "Yeepyeepyeep!"

The Doctor grabs a seat at the bar.

"Just tea for me, I think. Well, hello there!" he says when he sees the little dinos.

"Hello!" Petrie chirps back.

He just grins at the little thing.

"I'm the Doctor, what's your name?" he asks, fascinated.

"I am called Petrie! What is a doctor?"

Inari takes a seat at the bar.

"Can I get a..." she begins, but then she sees the dinobabies and OMG DISTRACTION OF CUTENESS! One gets the feeling she might actually say 'Squeeee!'

[duck_bill]

"Hello!" says Ducky importantly.

"What will it be?"

She thinks for a second.

"...For you today?"

AND OMG IT TALKS!!! Yes, Inari is inwardly squeeeing.

"... Hi.

"Can I... can I get a coke, please?"

"Yes!"

A glass appears on Bar, and Ducky - somehow - beams as if was entirely her doing.

"Here you go."
