Ichigo's in a good mood today (despite being up to here in his own lies) and so when Meg reaches the Bar (and he spots her) he greets her with a smirk. This is not the 'I'm young, strong and in my prime' smirk, because his mind simply does not work that way, even if he is a teenage male. This is more of a 'I'm in a pretty good mood today and so I won't be too snappy' smirk.
