Enter the Woman! No, not Irene. [/geek] The OTHER Woman. She sweeps into the bar humming to herself a la Princess Fiona in Shrek, who totally has the ultimate princessy humming song until she explodes the songbird ( Read more... )

Toulouse looks very disappointed that the pretty lady stopped humming.

Meg looks very confused at the appearance of the very small man.

"You really think you've got half a chance?"

Gah! Fortunately, it is the other muse who gets stabbed-- Melpomene dodged that one, and is sitting, perfectly whole, at the bar, nursing a tequila.

Meg musta got the one with the stacked curls, then.

She eyes the OTHER Muse. Curiously.

Melpomene doesn't do stacked curls, unless she can help it.

She's an ace eyer, and so she eyes Meg back.

Meg raises a brow.

Usually Mel's kind leave her alone. She rather belongs to a different sort of deity.

Gabriel is with his fathers tonight.

So, Milliways finds Nerdanel still seated by the Observation Window, humming happily to herself as she works on some knitting.

Meg watches.

She doesn't do knitting. Sewing, yes. It's a Princess Requirement. But -- not a lot of knitting in ancient Greece.

Nerdanel knits a lot.

Nitting.

Needlepoint.

Sewing.

Embroidery.

When you're immortal, you find things to pass the time with.

She lifts her head, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear, and smiles at Meg.

Meg.... smiles back.

And promptly wonders why she did that.

She attempts to alter her expression to something more of a hello, peasant look. It may not be terribly effective.

Ichigo's in a good mood today (despite being up to here in his own lies) and so when Meg reaches the Bar (and he spots her) he greets her with a smirk. This is not the 'I'm young, strong and in my prime' smirk, because his mind simply does not work that way, even if he is a teenage male. This is more of a 'I'm in a pretty good mood today and so I won't be too snappy' smirk.

Really.

"Nice tune, but I guess it didn't last long, huh?"

Meg stiffens a little.

She's had bad luck with this one.

"No, guess not," she answers, not looking at him.

Oh, right. That.

"If you're worried about the Hollow gettin' out, he's gone." He informs her, because he's getting used to the lie now. "I got rid of him."

"Really."

This is her I don't care voice.

"Glad to hear it."

THAT was her Now go spoon a snapping turtle voice.
