Doyle's in bar. At a booth with a salad and a cup of tea. His long hair is braided and curled up on the booth seat next to him, which means that his pointed, hoop encased ears are very visible. He's also got the shoulder holster and gun on, though he's been kind enough to semi-hide it under an open button down shirt. Makes it not obvious, but ( Read more... )

"Hello, Doyle."

A tall man, with shock white hair and a right arm that appears as if it is made of gleaming silver-steel coils in the shape of an arm, and with an eye that glows with a soft blue fire, comes up to Doyle's booth.

Doyle glances up, and pauses. The man is familiar, but he can't exactly place how. Though, since he's been back at court, he'll chalk it up to politics that have taken over is thoughts.

"Hello. Have we meet?"

"Yes, but I was much smaller at the time. Does this help?"

He holds up a hand and blue fire crawls up it and then he is holding an animal cracker, which he pitches on the table in front of Doyle.

There's a quirk of a smile at the animal cookie. As well as the closing of his book, and the offer of the seat across from him.

"That does help. Hello Nate."

He gives a small tilt of his head. "Have I been gone that long?" Because Nate was much smaller last time Doyle saw him.

Brighid just woke up and walks into the bar. She yawns the moment she sees Doyle sitting at the booth with a book. She walks over to the bar and asks for a cup of Irish Breakfast tea. The cup was hot as she walked towards his booth. "Salad? this early?" she thought while taking a seat arcoss the table from him.

"Hey, whatcha reading?"

He holds up the book so she can easily see the cover 'A Collection of Poems by Robert Frost'. Because really, once a poem is started, it must be finished.

And, then once said poem is finished, he glances up. "Good morning."

"Ahh poems. No wonder he is concentrating hard to finish it." she thought.

"Good morning. So whats with the salad and the gun. To tell you the truth, that stuff doesn't really mix well."

There's a slight grin.

"Why not? Healthy food and dangerous weapons aren't allowed to mix?"

And, just for that, some of the salad gets eaten. Munch munch munch.

"Salad is because I wasn't sure what I really wanted, and it's always a good default food. The gun is because I went back home and I got used to wearing it."
