Having read the Management's notice, Lucy is sitting at a table and as usual, sipping a fruity parasolled drink.

What's unusual is the sign set up on the table:

Human? Need a loan? Ask me how!

"Well, ducky, that depends on how much you need."

[sister_lucy]

"Well, I'll tell you what. I figure you're one of mine anyway, so you promise to keep on the way you are, and I'll make a sizeable donation."

Sheppard stares at the sign suspiciously. Anything-or anyone-that seems to emphasis being human is enough to make him suspicious right now. "Do I want to know what the deal is?"

[sister_lucy]

"I can't answer that for you, ducky." She winks. "You might just have to ask and find out."

[no_comb_shep]

He stares for a few more moments before sighing and rubbing at his forehead. "Okay. What's the deal? Humor the guy who left his wallet in another galaxy."

[sister_lucy]

"Let me introduce myself first. I'm Lucy. You may know me as Lucifer, or Satan. That answer any questions?"

Roäc's not human but he is Bound to the bar.

And being a bird not a Man he has no money to give.

Still, you take whatever you can get, and if you need a loan, you ask for one.

After you figure out what it is that's being loaned first, that is.

She looks at the bird curiously.

"Not Crow, that's for sure."

[lordofravens]

"No. Crows are nasty, bad-mannered creatures," Roäc croaks. "I am a Raven and friend of the Dwarves of Arda."

He looks at the sign.

"And you are offering loans to those of the race of Men? What sort of loans?"

"Gold." She opens a previously empty hand to show a couple of shiny gold pieces. "As much as they need."
