Zuko is a new face, and he is sort of bewildered by all of these other new faces. You know, looking around as he picks at his food and wondering at the ... strangeness of it all.
Seeing Tere, he looks at her-- pretty lady, sixteen year old boy, why wouldn't he -- and then ducks his head to poke at his food again.
Blinking at the woman, he sets himself to sitting straighter, his face smoothing into something-- neutral, perhaps to cover his uncertainty. He doesn't know how to address anyone here... and while he'd like to snap 'peasant' at everybody, he doubts that's true of all.
She carries herself gracefully, so for that, he says, "Lady. Good evening."

How does one greet a muse, anyway?

He arrives smoothly and unexpectedly at her side, like innuendo.
"Do I know you?"
