Sometimes I think we project what we think we are - and create what we think should be, not what we wish to be. Othertimes I think we project what we wish we are - and create not what we think should be, or what we wish - but an image that we find impossible to live up to. Self esteem can be repaired - sometimes, just by finally realizing that you are who you are - and letting someone love you for you. Nothing lifts esteem more than someone who knows your faults, and forgives you for them - even if you find it hard to forgive yourself, it makes those faults just not very important anymore.

Forgiving anyone else is so much harder than forgiving myself.

Sometimes forgiving others is a hell of a lot easier then forgiving yourself - you can blind yourself to their motives, their reasons. Hell of alot harder with your own - for you can not just forget about it, can not simply ignore it - if it bothers you.

I just read what I wrote there. And what you said is what I meant. Forgiving others is WAY easier than forgiving myself.
