This one I cheated quite a bit in making...using actions to get the coloring and such. I don't know that there is really much of a tut that I could write for it.

The background texture is from ca_pris Link

The action that I used for the coloring is from Here
I used the action on the background first and then on both of the pictures before moving them over to the background.
