I'm pretty sure I snagged it off of Stock Exchange. I don't have a link to the original on stock exchange...and I don't even remember what I searched under to find it, but I've uploaded it if you want to grab it.

Oh, and did you want a tut on this one? It's not a problem at all if you do. I just wanted to make sure I was clear if you were asking for that too along with the note pad background :)
