That was pretty sweet. Batman really does have a fondness for kids, which is probably why he's as nice to Jaime as he is. If it was Hal, it might turn out a little differently. Anyway, lovely interaction between Bats and Beetle, and I look forward to more. Way more.

Thanks! I think a lot of people forget that Batman isn't always a jerk. Sure, he's a stern taskmaster, but it actually comes from a pretty decent place. He's trying to protect his kids. And sure, Jaime isn't one of them, but I think he'd understand him pretty well.
