Aren't they evenly matched in terms of strength anyway? Cassie will have to have her mom shut down her powers to level the playing field.

Kara's always been much stronger than Cassie. Cassie's not quite as strong as Wonder Woman, and Kara's Superman level.

Cassie and Kon were probably evenly matched, but Kon was only half-Kryptonian.
