Thanks. These two are a really interesting pair to write. I've never done them before, but I really like them together.

And yes. Someone would likely get punched if that conversation went on. XD

YES! OMG. I have wanted to read this fic. Hal as a father is beyond wonderful and Kyle is a good boyfriend. I now shamelessly beg you to continue this. It needs to be it's own verse.

Hal does mean well, which I'm sure Cissie will see and really, someone should point out to Hal that if his sixteen year old has to have a boyfriend, there is no one better than Tim Drake to be that boyfriend.

And doing the opposite of Bruce? Sage advice indeed.

This idea was still bouncing around in my mind since you made that post! I'm glad I was finally able to write it.

Hal and Kyle are an interesting pair. This is my first try at writing them. They work very well as a couple, but they don't strike me as overtly romantic. So it's a bit tricky.

And yes, Tim is about as nice and responsible a boyfriend as a girl can get. :)

Six prompts left, plus I think I'm going to do a second de-aging fic. This one with Ted and Selina, and Ted being de-aged to his thirties and taking advantage of it. :D

Heh, and as for making it its own verse, I'm very amused that I'm now having continuity problems with my fics. I've been weaving references to each other into them as of late, and now I realize I occasionally run into conflicting futures. XD

I definitely may revisit this one at some point. Hal as a father is too awesome not to write more of.

Oh, I really liked this! It was sweet and awesome and I love the fact that you didn't avoid the hard parts of figuring out these relationships.

"I know. But here's what you've got to keep in mind." Kyle smiled. "At this moment, Bruce Wayne is having the exact same conversation with his son that you'll be having with Cissie in a little. So think long and hard about what he would do."

"And then do the opposite?"

"See? You're getting the hang of this parenting thing already."

Awesome. Just awesome.

Hee! Thanks. It's always fun to work with a new pairing. I love GL, and yet I've never written them before. Glad you liked it!

Heh, heh, heh. Very amusing and at the same time, very sweet. Also, it makes sense that Hal's wild days (and nights) would come back to haunt him someday. (Someone speculated once that Hal might be Cissie's father; was that your inspiration for this?) Anyway, Kyle was utterly awesome in his quiet support and care for both Hal and Cissie, as well as his sage advice: "Do everything Batman would do, only in reverse." Excellent.

I came up with this when greeneyelove requested a fic where Hal finds out he has a teenage daughter. Rather than create a character, Cissie popped into mind as a possibility. I don't know who came up with it first, but we apparently have a mind-meld. :)

I'm glad you liked it. My first time writing Hal/Kyle, probably not my last. XD
