Rain

I like a nice rainy day in most situations (so long as there aren't too many of them consecutively), but they reasons why depend on the situation. In the winter, I like a rainy day because I can sit inside and drink hot cocoa and watch the raindrops run down the windows until they spill into the gutter and join the ephemeral rivers running toward ( Read more... )

We had snow . . . in Yellowstone Natl Park . . . in June, and we had not packed for it. It was COLD!

Plus there are only so many wet and muddy or wet and fountainy things you can look at while it's snowing.

I've actually been to Yellowstone in the snow twice, but I have to disagree. You might have a limit to fountainy things in the snow, but I can look at an infinite number of pots of bubbling mud in pretty much any weather!
