That is one thing I agree with, a little more reality. I do like how they bring in the officer/enlisted difference. And, they must live on a really nice post. I'd like to see a little more reality, like, for example, how hard childcare can be to find some places, or things like that. But I guess that's turning the show into a platform, so maybe not.... JK! I mean, I like tv for it's unreality, to take me away from life so...

I liked the Joan trashcan scene the best. One of the few times I've had an appropriately placed lol in Army Wives.

Ive never liked Franks character, but after this episode I really dislike him - he's just an ass- I'm not crazy about Denise tolerating it most of the time either, which has made me dislike her character too, but it seems like in this episode shes finally telling Frank to go shit in his hat. ABOUT TIME.
I knew Roxy was going to get the Hump... I knew it at the end of the first season.

And I've also decided that I like Joans character A LOT more when she's pregnant... in the past episodes Joans character just hadn't seemed realistic to me.

I have a bad feeling about where Pamela and Chase are going, which makes me sad, because they're the only two characters I really like.

I dont how I would cope if my husband came in and out the door so aburpt, especailly with our daughter. pamela deals with alot. Im not sure I could do that. A deployment and here and there i can deal with.

I think it's gotta be hard for Frank. It doesn't mean he should be such a jerk, but it's rough for a guy to be overseas and have his wife start changing in significant ways. he's probably afraid that she isn't the same girl she was when he left, and she isn't. I think they threw that in there to illustrate how people can grow and change seperately and how hard it can be to get back on the same page.

and I agree, i LOVE Joan pregnant. She was too emotionally unavailable before to get interested in her.

I missed this episode but have it recorded to watch later on. It sounds like it takes us back to the good old action instead of the mush the last two weeks were like. I LOVE THIS SHOW!

I just rented a great new family movie release - it just came out at the end of May) starring Brian McNamara on Netflix called The Legend of Tillamook's Gold where he does a great job playing the unhappy dad of a young girl who is looking for a buried treasure. There is something about him that makes me think of my dad. I saw an interview with Brigette Branaugh about him where she says they both grew up sort of poor in Irish families and are good friends. She is really good too. I hope they keep beefing up the action now.
