I've been told that TriCare will cover one cosmetic surgery each year ((lipo, implants, etc..))  is this true?  Is it only certain plans?

As far as I know, yes.

I was told that is only applicable if your doctor deems it necessary.

I was told that they only do health related plastic surgeries. Such as lipo of an overweight person.. a nose job on someone with breathing problems.. etc.
I'm not entirely sure, though.

From what I read on one of the TriCare Websites, after I had heard something similar, I only found that they do procedures as recommended by a doctor for health reasons. I'll try to find the page and edit my comment.
