We should try to establish early on who is going to be doing the shipping...bags and supplies could be sent directly to those folks, if ya dig :)

Definitely. I know I can do supplies and shipping - I've got two people who will be sending money for shipping directly to me already. I want to get a group going first of who all is interested and go from there. I'd like to have point people, one main creator, one main stuffin-getter, and one main shipper, who can delegate from there but we'll see how it goes. I am an excessively anal organizer, so no fear, lol!
