Anya realizes that saying in her room until classes starts is not a way to make friends. Okay, so she's not really interested in making friends, but she won't meet any scorned women staying in her room, either.
So she's in the kitchen, putting her rudimentary cooking skills to use in making some spaghetti and a big salad. She's got more than enough to share with any dorm-mates who might stop by.
