Walter considered asking for tea, but it was just going to come in some little Americanized tea bag and he hadn't updated his tastes that much by any means.
"Coffee will be fine, thank you," he said with a smile.
He pulled a plate in front of himself and dug in with proverbial relish.
"So, I think I'll go home on Monday." If Vlad didn't show up to drag him home sooner. "What should we do until then?"
"Morning!" Pippi waved a bit of toast at him greeting. "Yes, sadly so."
There were pictures of a mall, as well as some blueprinty (totally a word) looking stuff and a few magical looking diagrams on the various papers she had spread out among the plates of breakfast food.
"Have a seat, I could use a break." Pippi smiled gesturing. "Well, it's the most important meal of the day or so I'm told. Can't let a little thing like work get in the way."

Walter slid into the wide booth seat across from Pippi and bounced a little waiting for breakfast to come.
"I left Vlad a message. I'll have to keep trying until I get him, but I told him I'd be staying a couple of days."

"Really? Yay!"
Kiffany arrived with the first part of Pippi's order and Pippi split it between her and Walter so they could both tuck in at the same time.
"He'll have what I'm having." Pippi said to the waitress.
"... You mean. You want double your order?"
"Yup!"
Kiffany shook her head and looked at Walter.
"You want coffee?"

The booth she was in had plenty of room.
"Surely you're not here to eat alone?"

He put eating on hold and wandered over to where Pippi was when he saw her, though. "Morning," he greeted, glancing over the papers. "Busy working?"
[[ooc: I've got to be getting to bed... sort of now, actually. But I can pick up again in the morning.]]

That would be why she was at a table here, with sketchbook, and pondering what to order.
