Milieux Winter Festival: Parade & Caroling, Saturday

Saturday morning brought good clear weather with light scattered snow showers, boding well for the Milieux Winter Festival. Things were kicking off bright and early with the Santa Lucia parade. There would also be caroling, the activities planned for the park of course, and a town-wide feast at Piper's new restaurant.
