Connor had not gone to sleep last night. He'd kept himself occupied watching the box set of "500 Nations" he'd borrowed from the library. The books, he suspected may not speak to him for a while because of it. They didn't quite take to the DVD's.

He was tired, and looked it, but also somewhat serene. Which was actually a side effect of being so tired. "Hey you."

Connor's smile faded somewhat, remembering others who had called him that. "Yeah I get that a lot."

"Probably means that it's true," Cassie told him, massaging her muscles carefully.
