Cuddy was completely baffled about what was going on with the recent patients. They seemed to have an abnormal acetylcholine buildup in their bodies and she had no idea why. She just assumed it was magic related, and that was frustrating. That was definitely not her area of expertise.

Jason did not go to the doctor as a rule. Partly because he rarely needed it, and partly because, hi, half alien. Didn't need someone figuring that out right?

But after seeing on TV that the paralysis was not just something he was experiencing, he slowly and painstakingly made his way to the clinic. Superstrength vs. paralysis. It was a strange sensation.

She still couldn't move without a lot of effort and she'd had another bizarre dream last night.

A Salamder had been popping by occasionaly, she didn't want them to stay too long and attract the attention of the nurses, but clearly they were agiated about something.

She'd gotten another nurse to prop her into a sitting position with her mother's book set on her lap, and was still hoping to find something, anything that might help.
