Good for you! I'm so impressed. I really should start trying to move around more...my "New Year's Resolution" for the past 10 years or so has been "lose weight," but it never happens. I will get all gung-ho about it for about a week, and then I'll have a bad day or start my period or something, or kill myself for what seems like forever only to find I haven't lost anything, and go into the depression spiral of what's the point, no one will care anyway and go eat half a pizza and that will be the end of it.

What I really need to do is try to exercise, try to eat healthier, smaller meals more often, and not concentrate on numbers. Instead, try and concentrate on walking up stairs without losing my breath.
Okay well that's pretty rambly...the point is, GOOD FOR YOU!
I've lost weight in the last few months, too, but mine has come off mostly because of portion control and walking more, mostly from the train to work. Well, also there is the four colds since October and their attendant lack of interest in food. My appetite gets weird when I have a cold. It's like, Food? Meh.
I restarted my food journal on 1/1. Seemed like a good time for it.
