at work at the moment, its easter. its BUSY!! time is going by so fast though. anyway, the dinner thing was great. I think everyone had a good time, and I hope to do things similar to that in the future. I figure at least once a month, I'll try and set something up for everyone. For everybody that says I never do anything, get over it. I'm setting

It is my understanding that plain TVs are so cheap for a couple of reasons:

1) There are warehouses full of them
2) They will be obsolete within 10 years unless you get an HD coverter box

From what I understand, what we Americans call "HD" the rest of the modern world calls "Normal."

I could have been given inaccurate info, but, Target tends to provide fairly reliable info. So do college professors, such as Dr. Rinks, whoi is the head of thje Radio & TV dept at USI.

i had no idea, but oh well. they're still cheap and personally i don't see much difference in the picture quality. I mean what's the point of higher resolution, if the human eye can't see the difference?
