5th Avenue bar was actually the first candy that popped into my head.

Yeah, if I were Jack, I'd rather hang out with Daniel, too.

This is the first young!Daniel fic I've read where he & Jack maintain their canonical age gap.

I love how shepherding Daniel keeps Jack out of trouble, and how Daniel discovers courage by recognizing that it's OK to be afraid.

Four years old and he's out trick and treating on his own... I bet he wandered off, lololol. I love how they met and how Jack convinced Daniel to walk up to the house with him so they could be brave together. Love that you used the real age difference too and that Jack went on with Danny to go to the scary houses. Lovely little fic - I would like to read more of these :)
