Sorry I haven't been able to reply to your email - I haven't been offended, just suffered a tremendous relocation and have been running round like proverbial chicken. For about a month or so. :(
I would love some crit feedback on my work - the e from Teaspoon hasn't seemed to work either... so if you need to contact me I'm apple_blossom500 at the mail that is hot, uk addy. Oh, no problem. I figured it was probably just RL (moving - eep!) and whatnot. Wanted to make sure I hadn't offended you though! You just never know sometimes. *sporfle* I didn't even really have any concrit to offer, just a suggestion on spacing the text so that it's easier to read, so I'll send that along then :)

Found you via a random search on AdultFanFiction, and I REALLY enjoyed "Under My Hand", so I came looking for you. I'm going to friend you and I hope you will friend me back.

Your writing was strong, rich, evocative, and just in-character enough to really convince me. Plus, Legolas/Aragorn is one of my favorite pairings. I look forward to seeing more of your work.

I don't know if you realized, but I actually have quite a lot of Aragorn/Legolas written (just not all of it is up on AFF.net). It's all collected in my fic journal, elfrangerslash, so you might find something else there of interest :)

Generally the people who go to those kinds of places aren't very nice, or even particularly amusing. Nor is Who fandom famed for its friendliness or maturity.

I've learned that the moment you attempt to engage these people, you've already lost. The T&C mods are right - don't do it. You won't win, and no matter what you do you'll make shippers look worse. The only correct response is to show the grace that these people lack; take the high road, ignore it, and continue to be about teh love. It makes one look much better, and as to the wankas, well, they'll continue to look like the shit-flinging monkeys they are.

Thanks for the head's up, but I really don't want to know & won't be looking. I'll just be over in my corner continuing to ship D/R happily ;)
