I'm in the U.S., but the clip isn't loading up for me anyway, so I had to spoil myself on tumblr. And I'm already seeing some people worried that Annie's regressing to her old Jeff-obsessed self - or that it will be framed that way by the haters - so....this has been a red letter day for us, hasn't it?

Yeah, that's one of my fears, Annie regressing like that. Especially after season 3. I'm not saying I don't want Annie to like Jeff, but not to the point of how she was back then. Also, its pretty obvious that now, if anything, Jeff is more into Annie than vise versa.

Another one of my fears this season is that the producers/writers are having Jeff/Annie development in the beginning, only for it to ultimately go no where, and then later on in the season, after Jeff meets his dad or Britta/Troy have been together for a bit (just guessing, I don't know) there's more Jeff/Britta development/questioning/revisiting/etc. (This is what I remembered from those TV Line/EW interviews way back in October)

Sorry if this makes no sense whatsoever, it was harder to articulate than I thought.

I'm not positive that this is how its going to be season 4, but you can't help but wonder, especially with History being the class of the year.

No, I got it - whatever that says about me.

Sadly, it is getting easier to imagine J/A development and mostly setbacks in the first few eps, then Jeff focusing on Britta in the middle part of the season as a result, like those first spoilers said, and then finally going back to J/A positive development at the end. But by then, most of us would have likely finally had enough, and it'd be too late for them to put in really good stuff, especially if there's no S5 to get into the really good stuff. As if we wouldn't be mourning enough if it all ends after S4 - assuming we haven't all indeed jumped ship by then.

I will be HAPPY to watch the study group AGAIN, and I do hope Jeff AND Annie get to be something GOOD.

Please, can we just be HAPPY AGAIN for Jeff AND Annie in our tv's (or pc's or laptops) instead of thinking is going to be bad for them/us Jeff/Annie fans...is going to be GOOD.

Happy thoughts people, there are things to look forward for Jeff/Annie, Alison Brie said it, and I believe it to be positive. Jeff/Annie FTW!

That's exactly what I thought! Shirley was putting hoses in teacher's desks. She knows what she's doing..

She also broke Slater's car aerial, and later wanted to put "a dead bird in that bitch's glove compartment" when she dumped Jeff. Shirley certainly does like to hit people in the car, huh?

Not sure what to make of Annie wanting to hang out with Jeff more. I don't find it teeny bobbery or anything like that because, if you like someone, you want to spend time with them. If she acts anything at all like she did in 2x01, I'll be majorly pissed. Because even though there was some comedic gold in that episode, it wasn't really what I expected of Annie Edison, even then. It definitely isn't now.

I think of their cop episode and Annie Edison, "but people call me Psycho 'cause I had a nervous breakdown in high school" and I need to see them as a duo again!

So, I'm really not sure what to make of it either. I'm taking the stance of not forming an opinion until I actually watch the episode. Which is thankfully not that far away! When we get down to my base fan-girlishness, I really am pretty happy when they're in the same scene together. Everything else is a bonus.
