I can't embed directly from Yahoo so just click on the word Yahoo to go see it there.

Edit: Here's a high quality YouTube version for the moment:

So yeah........ Just watched it. Not sure what to think yet. May have to watch several more times. It certainly doesn't look more low-key than S5 and I honestly have no idea what to make of, really, any of these images.

Incidentally, did everyone else notice that Yahoo Screen has taken down the S5 recap vid?

And it's been a while since I saw it but I don't think last season's trailer showed any J/A, did it....? I doubt the lack of seeing them together in any of these clips means anything at all.

In the S5 recap, they had some scenes that specifically pointed out a Jeff/Annie undercurrent, but if you were basing your entire knowledge of the series on the previous recaps, it would've seemed like a new development, because there were no hints of Jeff/Annie before that.

By contrast in the S5 recap, they had nothing at all about Jeff/Britta. I'm not even sure they had any Jeff/Britta in the S2 recap, to be honest.

Outside of S1, when Jeff/Britta was being used a selling point, and the mid-S5 NBC promos with the Britta-and-I-are-getting-married bit, I don't think shipping has ever been a real factor in most of the Community promos.

Hell, outside of one brief scene in a S3 promo, which turned out to be Abed!Jeff from VSA, I don't think Jeff/Annie has ever been specifically used in any Community video promos. The official social media for the show, on the other hand, has ruthlessly exploited Jeff/Annie. The video promos? Not so much.

"No JA to speak of."

No nothing to speak of, there's hardly anything I would call a spoiler in there. It's just a lot of jokes and weird stuff (good weird stuff) and our first real look at the new characters. No hints at any more dramatic storylines, but that's not something you'd put in a Community trailer anyway. People start to watch because of the paintball and stick around because of the characters. So a trailer should give 'em paintball... I'm not worried.

Besides, it seems like they're gonna have another team up in that weird sci-fi shootout thing they were doing. There could be some potential there.

I think the only two things of substance that actually got spoiled is that Abed is going to be filming a sci-fi extravaganza and has talked Jeff, Annie, and Britta into playing the leads; and maybe the Chang/Annie Karate Kid storyline (I say "maybe" because I'm wondering if you have to already know about the spoiler for the scenes to make sense).

Hell, they didn't even spoil Britta's two big storylines for the season, as we already know about those.

the trailer was a mixture of random scenes, it was great. and also kind of genius because while it gave us plenty new footage (and introduced the new characters), it didn't give away any storyline/plot.

the ladders teacher is back!
and the guy who played Dennis Feinstein on Parks is also making a guest appearence, i had no idea.

I didn't see John Oliver :-(

Not that I really expected to, but I was hanging on to a small hope.

Yeah, Jason Mantzoukas, one of those guys who makes everything better. I hope to see him guest star on every sitcom in existence.

Agreed! Rafi (from The League) might be one of my all time fave tv characters.

I think the lack of JA meant (Comment withheld for having an opinion).

The narrator sounds like the guy who does the voiceover for the "Honest Trailers"
