Sad thing is, is just how true that comic is. *shakes head* I'm sure you've gotten your share of idiots at your jobs.

I remember one time a lady came into our shop & said, "Where's that book you had in the window a few months ago? It had a purple cover." Um. Right! That book! It's over in the purple section! *head desk* I've also had folks ask if there were Cliff's Notes for the Cliff's Notes. I was hard pressed to be civil to that one.
