I am so unmotivated. Even as i type I know I need this post for reference but in the back of my mind Im making my way to the sofa in the other room for a cozy mid evening nap with my dogs. Even my lazy lab thinks Im narcoleptic.

*drools over fridge.* I'm a habitual list maker too, you have a lot on your plate...only four weeks to go?? I have a hunch of the sex already but seeing as I am NOT psychic I'll keep it to myself. LOVE the stroller and care seat. As for "stalling" you gotta let it do what it do baby, enjoy what you can now cut your losses with the rest, remember nothing is permanent, and to say you'll never do those things is unrealistic, even though it feels that way, it's just a season and it too shall pass... Don't think of it as loosing something, just exchanging it with brand new experiences for awhile...

Love the stuff.
I have a great cabinet maker. He custom made all the cabinetry, including a desk and built-ins for our office and is doing our mudroom. The cabinetry is just beautiful! Cal Closets qouted us about 10k for the office, with the standard wood, and he did it for half the price with cherrywood!

Please do! But we need an office soon! So i dunno if he'll be able to pull it off in time. I did need something small done for the babies closet so he may be an option for that at he very least :)

I will have to say I may have you beat..

that aside..

Have you tried Sears for the refridgerators? (that took be a good 10 seconds to type)
We got all our appliances from there and I'm pretty satisfied...we got the Kenmore Elite fridge...consumer report rated it well amd it has all those things you mentioned (which I couldn't live without either)
I wouldn't do the Kitchen Aide one I think those have issues..but check the consumer report to verify I know what I'm talking about.

I like the light fixture...great minds..I did a similar thing...I absolutely HATED the ones that came with the house. We are still trying to get someone to come help me replace the one in the foyer. I hate the way the brass one looks sticking out of our paladium window.

Hey Tosin! I found that fixture on bellacor! Just searching now to get the best price. We hate the builder's brass too. I asked the forman if he could just leave them out and save himself the trouble but apparently they have to do it. Thanks for the top on the kitchenaid. I guess I need to do some research.
Sears had a GREAT sale for 12% off all appliances this past weekend but we missed it :(Im goign to try again this weekend.
