So I spent most of today cleaning like a madwoman, and now I'm too busy to write for the rest of the evening. -_- I may yet have a chance to finish the next chapter tomorrow morning and still get it beta'd before the evening, we'll see. At most it will be a one day lapse

Suspenseful chapter, of course, but this one seems more like buildup for the next. (Not to say it isn't as good as the rest, but it seems more of a transition chapter to me.)

I especially liked the part at the beginning with all the things Kanda was Not Thinking About. ♥
