Right, so I've given up on trying to get this finished by tomorrow. Not only is the chapter number still increasing, as usual, but the quality of the story dropped drastically when I started trying to force myself to do two chapters in a day. I'm just about convinced that Cloud's the carrier, because all of that dream sequence before the clip of Zack waking up sounded like Cloud's point of view a lot more than Zack's, and Cloud was definitely way out of it when Zack caught up to him too. Very sneaky with the alternation, though! (salutes!)

And yeah, definitely take your time with it. I'm madly scrambling to finish two that have to be done tomorrow night for a challenge deadline (I'm nowhere near masochistic enough to sign up for Nano on top of my job) and I'm going to myself, "you know this'd be so much better if you had time to actually do it RIGHT instead of just slapping together snips and you know you're going to forget something in the process"... writing your-pace instead of deadline-pace is always better...

I find deadlines often help me focus, though. Which is why I participate in NaNo... if I didn't I would never write ANYTHING original. It's my excuse to take a break from fanfic and force myself to do something my own.

Augh, stop updating at night. You're distracting me from my sleep! XDD; It's a good distraction though. ;3 I'll probably have to reread tomorrow. I don't know how much my brain actually absorbed toward the end. XD

oops, sorry. *laughs* Most of my updates will be at night from now on, since I'm busy during the days and need to get 5k of my NaNovel out each day before I get to work on this.

See, I think I was skirting the edge of burn out, which is why everything was coming out crappy. Normally I can write 10k in a free day no problem. I'm still totally not sure what I've even writing for NaNo, either. >.< Argh.
