eliminate soda for sure and if you have to have carbonation here and there make sure its diet. also ice cream contains alot of cholesterol. try adding cereal or oatmeal to your diet. something that has fiber.
I'm actually a huge fan of frosted mini wheats I just have to be careful about the sugar content of the frosting. I eliminated soda just last week and of course now my family is buying tons of soda...this may be rough.
yes i fear it has the potential to be rough but i have no doubt that you can do it. i find the key when trying to do something like this is not to go the deprivation route. treat yourself but in serious moderation :)
That's definitely what I'm trying to learn. If I can just monitor my intake of sugar and candy I know I'll see a huge change in everything, but of course sweets are my favorite things ON EARTH!
