Canon released an update to the Rebel series today, it has all kinds of juicy high end features. I'm torn, now I've got the 40D, the 450D, and the possibly some as-yet-to-be-announced 5D replacement to choose from for my next kit. Is it worth waiting, or should I cycle my XTi for the XSi (450D)? I mean, the XSi has remote live view for studio

Hey stranger! Patrick was just reading up on the new Rebel because I've been oggling replacing the Rebel I have that his dad gave us a few years back (1st gen one I believe). I MUST HAVE the new one but I did get a nice cute little Canon from my parents to put in my bag to carry around for kiddo pics, lugging the Rebel to the Pumpkin Patch wasn't much fun! (imagine lugging one with soon to be 2 kids come may). My mom shoots with the nice D series and has a Rebel also, along with my brother and his new Rebel. Can you tell we are a big Canon family?

Anyhow, hope you are doing well! We haven't talked to you in ages, you need a trip to the NW!
