Simple. Weather at these temps is so fucked up that no one and nothing can understand it.

Apparently the high must be in Celsius and the low is in Fahrenheit.

The low is SO cold that it feels like it's only -37. It's actually 60 below.

That, or the yahoo techies just don't get paid enough.
