My brother and I have all three starters from Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn in our HeartGold/SoulSilver games. I was already planning on transferring over the starters into my Black game after I breed them.

If you like, once I transfer the starters to my Black game, I can breed the starters in Black and trade you the eggs. It's just proving to be MUCH longer than I thought. Hatching eggs is much easier in B/W compared to HG/SS. Honestly I don't know when I will finish. If you're up to it, I'll let you know when I finish the process. :D

However it may be best to use me as a last resort, if someone else has them go for it XD

OH WAIT, if you have all the starters do you have Sinnoh's? I'm missing the fire and grass ones since with Diamond/Platinum I failed majorly with getting starters. XD
