I love love love old medicine bottles. I hear People's Park is a treasure trove of houshold stuff just under the topsoil. PV legend has it they razed a whole neighborhood to make a campground for Expo. You should go on a dig down there sometime!

Thanks for the tip. And if yer passin' by, stop in and check out my Main street collection.

You know, old neighborhoods (like PV) usually have lots of goodies buried in backyards. That's where folks used to bury their trash.

Hey - I've just dated the other beer bottle to the same period. It's embossed with "AB" on the bottom. Turns out that's American Bottling Co. 1905-1917. Hee.

It's so cool that you were able to find some stuff! I thought they would be working on it for much longer than this, though. Fast!

i dug up a Pepsi bottle from my grandma's pasture that's old old old. i haven't really dated it yet but it's old.

And i found an old bottle of sheep liniment in the same pasture. label still intact, yup. old bottles rule. you should do a story. i would read it.

It's like finding treasure, isn't it? I swear it's as good as finding a pirate's chest.

Well, almost.
