I know what you mean about the colors. I don't do that often, but with Chai, it's very powerful and similar to what you describe. I think it's because the stuff I usually get is at Starbucks (although I haven't had any in ages) and it tastes like drinking a pumpkin pie, and that brings those colors to mind due to the time of year.

Everyone always says its like pumpkin pie. I don't see the resemblance! I've had pumpkin pie, perhaps Utah's pumpkin pie is mutated and waaaay different than everyone else?
