I'm not sure how a low carb diet would effect your pre-diabetes as most doctors say you should be using protein (such as milk) to help your blood sugar levels and not carbs because they cause a spike and then a drop while protein helps your blood sugar stay consistent. At least that's what my dad's specialist says and it's what they told my insulin dependant grandmother. First draft! w00t! Then you will be like me and just trying to find the time/motivation to edit said first draft >.
You know, that would explain some things. I would much rather use the protein than the carbs to get the blood sugars to normal. I do remember my mom mentioning that a combination of carb and protein works well, which is why I figured I had to do both. Much thanks for letting me know about that.

Anywho, yeah, editing is not the easiest. Especially since my favorite method might not be available. For my senior thesis, I would print it out with two pages per sheet (only one sided as well) and go through it with a pen. That was my favorite way to work through it. Dattas may not let me though T.T
