I just finished reading A Passage to India by Forster. It was a very interesting read about the differences between British settlers in India and the native Indians during the Victorian period. Forster amazed me with how he deftly described the differences in culture and mannerisms. I could see why they were misunderstood by the British. Without

I checked Passage to India out last week too, but I haven't started it yet. Another interesting one to read is Burmese Days by George Orwell. Glad to hear you liked it.

I have a great amount of respect for Orwell, so I will add that to my reading list. I hope you enjoy A Passage to India too.
