[Nami can be found in the general vicinity of the Grand Line Pirate Ship ride, either on the ride itself or watching it from the ground. She finds the ride kind of tame in comparison to the real thing. It hasn't stopped her from riding on it on and off for much of the late afternoon, but unlike the other customers her concentration is clearly not

Most ship captains are the same. Well, who knows. Maybe you'll have other people turn up here that you know. [Though the chances of them knowing how an air ship works are kinda slim, guaranteed. Especially given who the 07 Ghost characters are.]
