[Nami gets teleported home from the draft, rolls over on her bed and promptly goes back to sleep, too weary to even bother crawling under the covers

Probably the textbook, actually. I know they're pictures that you can show on dials-- [Though she draws a rectangle in the air with her good arm for that, to demonstrate--]-- and they tell stories, and people like them a lot.
'Dials'? [Derek's not sure what that word applies to exactly, although the shape might mean 'TV', still...]
Sounds like you have the basics down, anyway.
Here, you'd want a TV and a DvD player.. DvDs are those disk things; there's some in the store, I think. But I also think you have to ask for the equipment.
As for what kind, depends on the kind of stories you like, really.

[Well there's at least one extra person in the house that hasn't been there for a while. Brook will be in the living room, a large collection of sheet music accompanying him at the piano. He's humming a cheerful tune - several, actually! With commentary to himself in between.]
Ah, perhaps this one would be best...? But then there is also this one. Yohohoho! So many difficult choices! [Humming, humming.] Well then, why should I pick just one? Certainly several would just be as good...
[Long time no see, Brook. His presence here tells her the others have come home too, and Nami gives a faint smile. That's one less worry.]
No reason you can't just play them all, is there? [Her voice is faint, and she's feeling her way around the edge of the sofa with her good hand, but once she plonks herself down on the comfy cushions there, she just turns to grin at him.]
[Finally, sweet... enclosure. 8| Except not really; Noel's just glad to finally be out of the warzone. She's tired, what with the lack of sleep and all, but there's more important matters to attend to than silly old sleeping. i.e. visiting your injured friend after your fellow Murakumo brethren and her demon friend try to make her into a snack for their pet bone dragon.
...moving on.
Knock, knock. Anyone home? She brought presents for Nami!]
[So at some point (either before or after cake-baking, but probably after Katara dropped off Sanji's present at the Seventh Heaven), she's going to want to see how her friend is doing. Her respect for Trafalgar's medical expertise had increased and her relief in her own healing abilities - she can only remember being that relieved once before. But despite how well Nami had healed, Katara still wants to see her. She won't stay long enough to wear her out, but she will want to just check in, at the least, and make sure that she's still resting.

[Oh wow Deja vu. He wonders if she's going to get a million visitors today too like that other time. Ah, well. Such is the life of Nami. He jumps off the couch and walks over to the door before answering it and--]
S'okay, I have doctor's permission. Provided I take things easy. [Nice lead in there, really |Da] Which is a shame, because I figured I'd bake a cake for Sanji-kun.

Something funny, maybe. Or maybe a story about families or something...? Do you know a woman called Sayo?
