I started randomly coloring manga the other day, and this is what I came up with, lol.
I love Camie's design! I'll bet you 100000000000 dollars that I got her hair/skin dead wrong....
Anyway, enjoy and feel free to steal for any random purpose. XD

The lighting in the first one is amazing, and I love Camie's fin colors. What did you use to color them, they look so fluid?

Photoshop 7.0! At first just colored the basics, then I added some large light textures. Next, I blended it together, and did some touch ups.

Her fin colors are so blended and shiny. You conly forgot the little drops of water on her arm.
